Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unused, unassembled, with all original packaging and tags). Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective
  • A restocking fee of 15% may apply to opened items that are not defective
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used Indoor Fryers, Vacuums, or any appliances where the original packaging has been discarded.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  2. Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories
  4. Include the completed return form (we’ll email this to you)
  5. Ship the package to our returns center (address provided in approval email)
  6. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Please note it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

For exchanges of the same value:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • Standard shipping fees apply for the new item
  • For exchanges of higher value, you’ll be invoiced for the difference

Damaged or Defective Items
