Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
1. Standard Shipping – £12.95
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes full tracking
2. Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Includes basic tracking
Note: Delivery to remote areas or certain Asian countries may not be available. Please contact us if you’re unsure about delivery to your location.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our premium kitchen appliances. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process within 15 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be in original condition: unused, unassembled, with all packaging and tags
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless item is damaged/defective
- A 15% restocking fee applies to opened non-defective items
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used Indoor Fryers
- Opened or used Vacuums
- Any appliances where original packaging has been discarded
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories
- Include the completed return form (we’ll email this to you)

Refund Processing
- Timing: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Funds returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: You’ll receive email confirmation when processed
Note: It may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
- For exchanges of equal value: we’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return
- Standard shipping fees apply for the new item
- For higher-value exchanges, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the issue
- We’ll arrange a free return label if needed
- You’ll receive a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
