Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

1. Standard Shipping – £12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Includes full tracking

2. Free Shipping (Orders over £50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery to remote areas or certain Asian countries may not be available. Please contact us if you’re unsure about delivery to your location.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our premium kitchen appliances. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process within 15 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original condition: unused, unassembled, with all packaging and tags
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless item is damaged/defective
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to opened non-defective items
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used Indoor Fryers
  • Opened or used Vacuums
  • Any appliances where original packaging has been discarded

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories
  4. Include the completed return form (we’ll email this to you)
  5. Ship to our returns center at:

  6. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange

Refund Processing

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Funds returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Notification: You’ll receive email confirmation when processed

Note: It may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

  • For exchanges of equal value: we’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return
  • Standard shipping fees apply for the new item
  • For higher-value exchanges, you’ll be invoiced for the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the issue
  • We’ll arrange a free return label if needed
